Rhys Anderson

Rhys trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, graduating in 2018.

Since then, he has cultivated a distinguished theatre career. Rhys made his professional debut at the Park Theatre in London and has since graced stages both nationally and internationally. He won the Best Actor award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2022 for his role in Beg for Me and starred as Edward VIII in the critically acclaimed musical Wallis, which won Best New Musical in 2024. 

Rhys has showcased his versatility in Shakespearean roles, including Tybalt and Paris in Romeo and Juliet at Cumbernauld Theatre, and he took on the title role in a celebrated six-month European and Central American tour of Hamlet with TNT in 2024. 

Additionally, he originated the role of Donald/Mac in Keepers of the Light, which has enjoyed two highly successful, sold-out tours across Scotland.

Beyond his acting prowess, Rhys is also a skilled bass guitar player.
