Delilah Tahiri
Delilah Tahiri is a classically trained actor, director, poet and writer. Her previous work as a screen actor includes: SALLY in BIFF Best Film Winner, “Animal Pie”; and as the lead in multi-award winning “City Fishing”, as well as multiple stage credits, including a recent run at Birmingham Rep for Sky Comedy as NASREEN in Start of a Beautiful Friendship. Her voice work can be heard as NADIYA in “Finis Africae” as part of “Zombies, Run!” and as ADDI in the upcoming “Ethics Radio”.
She also wrote and starred in a 5* sold-out Edinburgh Fringe play, “The Butterly Room”, and is currently on the board of, and a working member of Matchstick Theatre Company as an actor, director, and producer. Her work as a spoken word artist can most recently be found on “Black Lives Natter” for their “Survivor” edition, recorded live at The Bush Theatre.
